Engineering Materials Development Institute (EMDI) recruits staff of different cadres. Qualified personnel with degree in different field such as Mechanical, Metallurgical and materials, Civil, Electrical and Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Scientists with degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Polymer science, Technologist, Technicians and craftsmen specialized in field above are also employed.
Personnel with degree in Humanity such as Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Sociology etc are recruited for Administrative works.
On recruitment, new staffs are given induction training that familiarizes them with the work ethic of the Institute. For improved performances, staff are trained and retrained periodically both within and outside the Institute.
